  • Fill out the customer complaint brochure available inside the Company’s premises.
  • Call the direct complaints number on +9626562441/2 Ext 6802.
  • Visit our premises.

Time frame for handling a customer complaint:
  • The Customer Complaint Unit will process the complaint within 15 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.
  • If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Company’s response to the complaint, the customer can resort to Arab Jordan Investment Bank (The Parent) or the Court of Law.
