  • Complete the below electronic complaints form.
  • Mail us a letter to: Arab Jordan Investment Bank, P.O.Box 8797, Amman 11121, Jordan.

  • Fill out the customer complaint brochure available inside the Company’s premises and all Arab Jordan Investment Bank (The Parent) Branches.
  • Call the direct complaints number on +96265507000 Ext 2895.
  • Visit our premises or Arab Jordan Investment Bank (The Parent) Head Office.

Time frame for handling a customer complaint:
  • The Customer Complaint Unit will process the complaint within 10 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.
  • If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Company’s response to the complaint, the customer can resort to Arab Jordan Investment Bank (The Parent) or the Court of Law.
