Time frame for handling a customer complaint:
- The Customer Complaint Unit will process the complaint within 10 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.
- If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Company’s response to the complaint, the customer can resort to Arab Jordan Investment Bank (The Parent) or the Court of Law.
